NEVADA POWER

Standing in line at Nevada Power isn't exactly how I want to spend any part of my day, yet once again I didnt pay my bill on time so there I was 40 deep in the one line they have in that building, yes one line, one line for... bill pay, complaints, change of service, or anything else that involves that company,why did they do away with the express lane??? life was so much happier then.... Anyways every time I go there, I'm either standing behind or on either side of the most nosey person in the building. Today was no different, the second Syd and I get in line the lady in front of us turns around and just stares.... Eventually she turns stopped but everytime Syd would say something to me, or move a muscle, she starts to stare again.... Its very annoying to be stared at, I was really close to saying "what!!!" But I didnt, I just stood there and a thought came to mind.... Maybe..... (this might sound mean) everyone she sees at home everyday is ugly and she just wanted to stare at a pretty little girl and her mother.... I know thats not the case, she is just nosey.... but it made me laugh inside..... So finally after about 20minutes in line we get to go to the counter, the lady that helped us was so nice, she commented Syd on her shirt and her earrings, she was a very nice lady, I really appreciated how polite she was, that usually doesnt happen, customer service isnt a priority anywhere anymore not even at NP (hence getting rid of the express line) but she was really good and so paying my last big electric bill till next summer wasnt as painfull as it usually is.... Until that check gets cashed.....
